This is by far the worst customer service. I kept receiving letters from the Secretary of State for suspension even though I was making my payments on time! They never answer calls either! I always had a problem and that’s the reason why I switched over to another insurance company. On top of this they were charging me waaay too much now I’m paying half of what I was being charged!
