Take your money elsewhere, not this money grab scam company. The people here are trained to take your money and not answer calls when needed. They work with a nasty attitude, especially Karen meza. Unfriendly, not helpful and dismissive. For an insurance company you would think they are there to help the people.
They have horrible customer service i have been their customer because is the least expensive insurance I found but it shows on the lack of customer service they never answer the phone when they are needed but they answer the phone when u choose to get a quote
Hola solo quiero expresar mi molestia con está compañía aseguradora ya que para cobrar són puntuales pero para cumplir con sus coberturas no son reales ya que expresan que ellos solo trabajan para compañías aseguradoras yo pienso que es como el dicho que tanto peca el que mata como el que le agarra la pata con ésto solo quiero decir que paren dé engañar a la raza gracias
Pésimo servicio la actitud de las personas que atienden es despota y de mala manera hay que saber atender al cliente
