Not sure why people are so negative about amigo. They have the cheapest rates I've found for liability insurance, compare to progressive and brand name places. Whenever I go, I make sure Selene is there. She is fantastic, and it's like visiting a old friend. We always have the best talks. I appreciate you so much Selene! Get to know your local insurance agent!! She makes it so easy! 😁
Very bad customer service! They call customers bad names when they are angry. A person that worked in there called me a smartass, even though i just answered her question! She than told me that liability for 1 month would cost 360$ Never had an accident or anything, she just wanted to get rid of me. Overall very bad choice.
I'm so surprised with this insurance company, I've been 17 yrs with the same insurance co. And wasn't completely satisfied Until I decided to look around and found Amigo insurance And without me asking upfront fees and other options. And Boom perfect for my needs and a Great agent, she was understanding And I'm great full for her Thank you, Amigo insurance
