Received a bid from Amigo Gutters to replace our existing gutters. Their Website is pretty impressive so we felt confident hiring them. Installer (poor guy was doing the job alone) missed the side porch so now we have mismatched gutters. Voiced this concern to the company and was told that the porch wasn't considered part of the house? "it didn't appear to me that it was part of the main house". Snow sliding off the standing seam metal roof tore the gutters off our house after the Feb. 2019 snowstorm. I emailed Amigo Gutters and had an inspection and price within three days. I expected an exceptionally long wait because of all the storm damage in the area, but Amigo installed the new gutters in a few weeks. Their crew arrived at the scheduled time. Amigo Gutters; Tomas owner I chose this company due to the 5 star reviews on YELP. We have found many excellent contractors for our complete home remodel here. Well, let me say my experience with Amigo Gutters was anything but 5 star. This is a highly unprofessional outfit from the get go. The day of the bid Tomas didn't show up. I called to see what was up and woke him up. Then the day of install I get a last minute text the morning of, that one of his crew was ill so they would start in the afternoon.
