The care from both the doctor and nurse was fantastic made you feel at ease with what was happening.
Was referred to this clinic when mine closed, called them and was told that they were not taking patients and I was hung up on. Tried to call back to point out that the website reads "For new patients or if you would like to book an appointment please contact the clinic to check availability with your preferred GP" and that many people would read that as they are taking new patients and I was told that that is not the case and hung up on again.
Always a great place to visit starting with the great staff who work on the front desk.Never have to wait long to see one of the fine doctors.So why not give them a try!!!!
My doctor (who is absolutely fantastic) moved to this clinic at the end of last year and I've had nothing but issues. My doctor no longer works the only day I can do, which I totally understand so I was happy to go to a new doctor at the clinic figuring they would share my health information and that would be easiest, right? Wrong. Reception is unbelievably unhelpful and uncaring.
