If this site provided a 10 point scale I would have to Rate Amie at LEAST 11 or 12. Her guidance and knowledge of what it takes to negotiate the sale of a 130 year old house was invaluable. From her ability to judge the market, facilitate repairs through her exhaustive contacts with plumbers, electricians, carpenters and handy men was so very needed. It took us over 6 weeks , several, inspections and several appraisal but she got it done. I can't recommend her enough.
I have used Amie to buy a condo and negotiate a commercial lease. She has been terrific at guiding me through the process and keeping track of the myriad details that each transaction required. She's also a lot of fun, which is a great quality in a realtor! Highly recommended.
