THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If I could give this agency 0 stars I would, because they don't even deserve one star. I had 2 appts scheduled with this agency. For my first appt last month, no one called and no one showed. I cleared with my doctor to wait one more day for my infusion (giving the agency the benefit of the doubt), so the agency said they'd send someone out the next day.
