I’ve had a consistently excellent experience here over a long period of time. The reception staff are always welcoming and professional, and I especially want to acknowledge Darcy for being genuinely friendly, approachable, and helpful every visit and over the phone. A special thank you as well to Dr Amin Vakili, who has been my psychiatrist for a long time. His care, understanding, and professionalism has been amazing through the toughest of times.
Dr. Gudiksen's personal bias and unprofessionalism created an environment that made me uncomfortable to share my symptoms. The reception staff are nice.

My experience has been disappointing. I began seeing Dr Vakili in October 2024 because he was the only doctor in QLD prescribing take-home oral ketamine after my previous psychiatrist moved overseas. I had been stable on daily oral ketamine for treatment-resistant depression, CPTSD and anxiety, prescribed at 200mg daily and costing about $2 per dose ($119 for two months' supply).
