I used it happily since about 2005 because it was the industry leader for practice management by a long way, then when they were bought by Abacus support dwindled off, and then they decided not to maintain the integration app to use the platform with my firm’s accounting package (also the industry standard package). They constantly go down and offer no support.
This used to be great software. I used it for 15 years. But then the company was bought by another company and they turned it into a monthly plan. Basically, I bought it every five or six years for something like $500 each time. Now, they want $77 per month. What a crazy price increase! Fortunately, I figured out that I can get by without it.
