If you are not concerned with building codes or inspections or getting a itemized contract were the costs are actually held to, than yes you have found your contractor. I do know that in Texas county there are no inspections or permits etc… but that is not something to take advantage of. Once you are told or shown the proper way to frame a house per code and advanced building techniques for energy savings etc… and you still choose not adopt them , is that how a so called professional builder business owner should treat custo... read more

This guy will not give you the time of day if you aren’t a gazillionaire. Businesses, especially construction, should not be able to turn down clients needing homes just cause we aren’t spending 100,000$+ dollars… but that’s apparently the pathetic reality we live in.
