They have changed their chicken recipes -- they are now using a paper thin, pre-breaded slice of chicken for their chicken dishes. This pre-breaded chicken is over-breaded and soggy. The chicken seems to be some type of processed product -- no texture and a uniform thickness. Clearly not fresh chicken that has been sliced, pounded and breaded in the kitchen as was the case when we dined there last year.
