Terrible service!!! power goes down on sunny days frequently, power flickers hundreds of times a year resetting everything in my house and because for some reason we are not given the option for who our providers are, I'm screwed! and told sorry our service sucks but you just got to deal with it. No credits or discounts for your troubles, just deal with it. While she was nice, not the answer you like to hear.

I’ve had no complaints with their service in Ellijay. I’ve worked with EMC to get power set up at my new construction home and to coordinate through a few other issues (none of which were their fault), and they’ve always been easy to work with and responsive. Given that they serve homes literally tucked away in the mountains and woods, outages are somewhat expected.
