Very disorganized. I’ve had 2 bad experiences so far. First, They called me to book my appointment since I was due according to insurance. I get 300$ worth of work done only for my insurance to be declined because it only covers once a year, not every 6 month like they thought. They then made me pay out of pocket for their mistake and it was obvious they knew they screwed up because they gave me a «big» discount and charged me 180 instead of the 290.
