This is not an assisted living facility. A loved one lived here for 4 years. At a cost of just over $11,000 per month by the end. Amica may be fine as a retirement home but their ability to provide safe, hygienic and regulated care is well below adequate. Having experienced both private and public health care facilities I would not even consider the private option in the future. The supervisor is super crazy, she don’t know what she was doing!!! You can’t even talked to her properly because there’s a lot going on her mind, very disappointed with the behaviour!!! I hope the management will hire someone who is way better than this coordinator named Daisy… We called her many times with our concerns but we still get no answer, just to promised like this , like that… Very incompetent & disgusted about the behaviour!!! She sucks!!!
