I have been treated extremely well. Something is wrong with anyone giving amica a poor review.
I've been a member with Amica for just about a year now. I have enjoyed my service thus far. Being young they have me the best pricing in the area for the coverage that I wanted on my cars!
So very sad. I’ve been with Amica for over ten years. Amica consolidated offices and closed Michigan office. The customer service reps in Michigan cared about their customers. Now we are transferred to national call center and reps don’t care. Can’t get answers. I paid higher rates for better customer service. Now customer service no service. Also insurance rates skyrocketed for auto and homeowners. No claims. It’s time to shop around. So sad.

I am with Amica ever since I have insurance in USA. Every time I moved to a different state, I stayed with them. People told me that I am paying too much. I felt that they are a good company to be insured with. I never had any other insurance company. But some of more recent experiences are not so.
