Very disappointing. After receiving a solicitation letter with a special customer code for a Homeowners Insurance quote, I call their number with the special code, and after giving all information requested, including personal info such as birth dates, etc., The representative informs me they do not write insurance in my city. I had to search for new homeowners insurance due to the company I was with leaving the state I live in for homeowners insurance. I have a clean claim history, a decent credit score, and a clean driving history. Their website won't even let you quote homeowners online for some reason, so I called for an auto and home quote.
