Terrible company. They didn’t pay for my accident
I have had them for 10 years and thought their service was good but they have now raised their rates exponentially and ABSURDLY. month by month they continue to increase without any accidents or tickets. So goodbye Amica. I was also surprised to hear that they gave a really hard time to a friend of mine trying to make a claim when she was rear-ended by somebody else. And their refund of the un-used portion of my insurance did not make sense. I still have to follow up on that
I got a flyer in the mail good thing I decided to read the reviews..I thought mine was bad with 4 stars I think I will stick with mine
Was with Amica and I had a windshield repair, not replacement, was just a repair. Now I'm paying higher premiums even when I switched because Amica recorded the windshield repair as a comprehensive claim reported in my CLUE. Under Arizona state law (ARS 20‑263) " state that no insurer may raise your rates for a no‑fault windshield (auto glass) claim under comprehensive coverage" but hey they did and now I'm paying more in premiums
