The rudest agent I have ever dealt with. Incredibly unimpressive and the reviews speak for themselves. 2.1 stars is horrific and I would say that is high based upon the experience I had. It appears major changes need to take place in this office. I would hate to deal with them with an actual insurance issue or claim. Arrogant and rude.

Called in to get a quote. Incredibly rude agent out of the Phoenix office. No interest in my business. Said that due to us having a bible study in our home that they could not insure us for homeowners insurance. Discriminatory. Avoid Amica like the plague. Absurd treatment for someone that has no claims for 45 years and just wanted a quote.

I have had them for 10 years and thought their service was good but they have now raised their rates exponentially and ABSURDLY. month by month they continue to increase without any accidents or tickets. So goodbye Amica. I was also surprised to hear that they gave a really hard time to a friend of mine trying to make a claim when she was rear-ended by somebody else. And their refund of the un-used portion of my insurance did not make sense. I still have to follow up on that
