Was with Amica and I had a windshield repair, not replacement, was just a repair. Now I'm paying higher premiums even when I switched because Amica recorded the windshield repair as a comprehensive claim reported in my CLUE. Under Arizona state law (ARS 20‑263) " state that no insurer may raise your rates for a no‑fault windshield (auto glass) claim under comprehensive coverage" but hey they did and now I'm paying more in premiums

Wow, and to think I almost took to your posted mail offer received for coverage.... I say by the reviews spanning from a week ago to 5 yrs ago I'd have been the fool. From the looks of it you have set the pattern for OR taken it from State Farm, constant increases for no good reason save for that more claims are coming in AND like state farm I'm sure that instead of dropping irresponsible drivers having wrecks due 70% of the time to being on their phones it's better to let those good drivers make up the difference instead. Claim number: 60010372012. I was recently backed into by one of their clients. They stated since we were both backing up that both parties were at fault for this loss. That was not the case as I explained to them, their client and I were both backing up at first. I stopped, honked my horn, and even pulled forward to avoid being hit. Their client continued to back up and eventually hit my rear bumper. The damage to their client's car was down the side of their vehicle because they continued to back up while I was stopped.
