I have been loyal customer for 12 years but they mistreated me when I needed help with the claim for my accident that wasn’t even my fault.Claim representative Kimberly Gordon was beyond rude and unwilling to help,ruthless and inconsiderate business!
I have been with Amica for 20 some years now. I always got good service from them. They promptly paid all claims I had, and even offered to represent me with their attorney staff when I got sued over an accident at an accident prone intersection here in Orange County Florida (needed a dedicated left turn light). I never heard of an insurance company that uses junkyard parts on a 5-year-old car are used parts to boot. They tell you you can have OEM parts because those are the ones that work on newer cars and not aftermarket or junkyard or used parts. Be careful with this company they like to charge you a lot of money for the insurance but they don't want to pay for the parts.
When this company makes a combat veteran feel worthless due to a service connected disability that is due to a military deployment I will spread the word on how this company helps my brother and sisters in arms. Being treated like I am breath you I have spread the word to stay away from this company and just stick with USAA. Your life insurance is worthless and your car insurance estimate is so ridiculous with the rates. All Veterans stay away.
I gave amica when I first started with them 5 star rating but over the past couple rears I'm planning n dumping their greedy business charges ..now that us customers had the chance to get cheaper coverage even with multiple vehicles. Amica continues to up their rates & I drive less then 300 miles a month using ne vehicle while my 2012 shelby mustang has sat it garage & my 2015 ford truck only gets used ..no work I am retired at 65 ..I have never had a accident in over 40 years & 1 speeding ticket in my 20..No DUI no legal is... read more
