When this company makes a combat veteran feel worthless due to a service connected disability that is due to a military deployment I will spread the word on how this company helps my brother and sisters in arms. Being treated like I am breath you I have spread the word to stay away from this company and just stick with USAA. Your life insurance is worthless and your car insurance estimate is so ridiculous with the rates. All Veterans stay away.
I gave amica when I first started with them 5 star rating but over the past couple rears I'm planning n dumping their greedy business charges ..now that us customers had the chance to get cheaper coverage even with multiple vehicles. Amica continues to up their rates & I drive less then 300 miles a month using ne vehicle while my 2012 shelby mustang has sat it garage & my 2015 ford truck only gets used ..no work I am retired at 65 ..I have never had a accident in over 40 years & 1 speeding ticket in my 20..No DUI no legal is... read more
We have been with Amica for at least 16 years and for the first time put in a claim due to a rat causing extensive damage to two vehicles. Now it’s a problem for them to pay the estimated damages but they can take our money all these years. Not only that, they also charged us two deductibles for only one claim both cars are under. How is that legal?! This process has been extremely upsetting but by the ratings dropping to a 3, if not lower after this one, it comes as no surprise!
Client for over 10years with multiple vehicles, never filed a claim until now and they have been playing games and under paying on two of my vehicles that recently where damaged. I am having to report them now to several agencies and possibly even seek legal counsel. I will not recommend this company to anyone and will be seeking new insurance after this encounter with them
Great company until they decide to discriminate against you. I have had a policy with them for over 7 years. Every year they raised my rates and I still stayed with them because their customer service is great. Fast forward until now, I am moving from CA to FlL and I wanted to transfer my policy. They have to underwrite a new one (makes sense). However 2 years ago my wife was involved in two car accident so they excluded her from the policy, completely understood.
