Great company until they decide to discriminate against you. I have had a policy with them for over 7 years. Every year they raised my rates and I still stayed with them because their customer service is great. Fast forward until now, I am moving from CA to FlL and I wanted to transfer my policy. Fraudulently claimed my car was inspected/valued and totaled a >25k vehicle with 5k of damage. Delayed payment at a 0% fault (100% other drivers fault) accident. We settled with the other drivers insurance to get payment after 5 months. Horrible customer service - agents are rude and lied to waste our time. We'll be pursing action with our state representative to report the fraud. If you're looking for insurance, go with someone else - plenty of options out there. Based on the business responses, I can tell they only care to forward you to their social media team instead of an actual insurance rep, so they don't care to correct anything that anyone has posted they only want it to be visible that they responded to the customer, going to stay away from this one
