They strung me along for three weeks on home insurance, then asked for my inspection report on purchase to check the roof--and asked to address EVERYTHING in report, much of it minor, much of it already remediated. Really unethical.

I have never been so insulted. Inept appraisers and treated as if I am trying to scam them though I have been a client for over 40 years! Their app doesn't work. The people are rude until you talk to upper management.They caused delays that have cost me money trying to get my house ready for market.STAY AWAY!

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. Signed up a year ago for what seemed like a decent rate, then after the first year, boom, 25% price increase. Shopped it around with other agents who ended up telling me they set up my policies incorrectly. I ended up finding better coverage at a better price. My broker sent in a cancellation request on 6/9, and I called in to confirm cancellation on 6/12. They proceeded to ignore that and when the policy renewal came up, they proceeded to charge by bank account erroneously for a renewal... read more

Be aware that they ask for 2 months payment to get the insurance but they will never return one of the monthly payments. So be aware the first contact with the agent will not tell you about this just a month later so you can’t will never see that money again. But good service any ways.
