Terrible company, avoid at all costs. Signed up a year ago for what seemed like a decent rate, then after the first year, boom, 25% price increase. Shopped it around with other agents who ended up telling me they set up my policies incorrectly. I ended up finding better coverage at a better price. My broker sent in a cancellation request on 6/9, and I called in to confirm cancellation on 6/12. Be aware that they ask for 2 months payment to get the insurance but they will never return one of the monthly payments. So be aware the first contact with the agent will not tell you about this just a month later so you can’t will never see that money again. But good service any ways.

Considerably lower premiums when switched over from brokered carrier. I had two auto claims with them, which were handled with lightning quick manner. Both times the deducttibles were paid back quickly due to the claims being no fault. They have affiliation with quality body shops in Stamford CT area.

Look somewhere else. This company is entirely unprofessional to work with. 6 phone calls over 3 weeks just to get a call back and then to get a declination.
