As for buying insurance, they are fine as I have Homeowners and my car with them for many years. I have a Water claim with over $20,000 worth of damage caused by a townhouse unit behind me. This happened over a year ago. I never got an initial call from an adjuster, introducing themselves or explaining the claim. It was a good thing that I was a multi line claims adjuster with over 35 years of experience with two major insurance companies and knew what to do. I had called to get a quote, on just an auto insurance and they quoted me 251 a month with a single ticket 7 months ago. I'm currently insured with Progressive full coverage and with them I'm only paying 145 a month. I went from 85 bucks a month full coverage to 145 a month. That's just plain theft asking 251 a month.
