We have had multiple policies with amica for over 30 years. Always had great service. Now it seems like we are being handled. We’re trying to get answers about our roof but to no avail. We have called our representative for 8 days now without a callback. Everyone we talk to hasn’t given any answers. We’re currently sitting with a huge hole in our roof because we can’t do anything about it without answers, which we can’t get because we can’t get a callback.
