Called for a quote for my daughter and the worse customer service. They have no customer centric skills and the representatives act as if they hate their jobs, burned out, or low morale . Quotes are ridiculously high for inexperienced drivers, I see why the ratings are under 3 stars.
I have had 2 homeowner claims with Amica. They couldn’t have been Any better to deal with. I’m a customer for life.
