This company was so great in the beginning. Helpful at times. However when there was a mistake that was made on my husband’s license that was later corrected. This company treated me like crap. They cancelled my insurance and didn’t give me an opportunity to even speak about it, even though the issue was resolved immediately. I’d say the company showed their true colors the moment a small discrepancy occurred. Lol They are definitely not caring nor willing to work with you on ANYTHING. I've been with Amica for a number years - with auto, boat, homeowner's, and an umbrella liability policy. Agents are very professional and polite along with being knowledgable. So far - I'm very satisfied with them.
Worst company ever!!! I been reaching out to them for days about someone with amica hitting my car. I provided all the information I needed pictures police report n etc. even told them I used my car for work and haven’t been able to work. They keep telling me someone will reach out to me by the end of the day still haven’t got a call back. Police report states the other person was at fault but they saying they can’t do anything til they heard for the person who have the insurance with their company.
