Approx. 2 weeks ago, I went through the quote process with Amica for auto, homeowner and umbrella liability coverage. The rates were looking good and I was about to move forward when the agent informed me that Amica was not offering coverage for wind damage on the homeowner policy she was quoting. She said it was something new and that Artificial Intelligence (AI) was involved in making the decision. Always take great care of any problems
what a piss poor operational company, send you a letter wanting to insure my vehicles but more interested in speaking Spanish than English. Amica located in Georgia which is a US state but cannot speak native language then lags on answering the phone but has time for other crap. Amica don't waste my time considering a company who is as piss poor as Amica.
