Gave me the run around for months on a minor auto claim then denied it. Dealt with many insurance companies and they are the worst I've dealt with.
Excellent customer service. Each phone call and chat has been a pleasant experience. Recently was sent a check and apology for an internal premium error. Most companies would not tell you an error was made, never send you a check, and never apologize. This is an honest company and am confident they would be there for me if ever I need to make a claim.
dont ever use this company you make one clam because of a flash flood and they will drop you with no notice at all. have to contact them asking them when the bill will be coming and boom your policy is being canceled why bother paying a company to help cover you if you use it they dont want your business they just want your money
