My son 19 years old called to get a quote for a full coverage insurance on a 2024 Honda Civic. The representative that talked to him told him it would be 22,000 for a 6-month premium. We obviously thought there was a mistake. I his father got on the phone to make sure there was no mistake and to confirm the information that was being relayed is correct. This company has terrible customer service. Had our policy cancelled illegally, then never got a manager to reply until our original policy end date passed…now they’re trying to make us pay additional money plus a higher premium since we don’t have current insurance. This place is a scam and is having an investigation launched into false advertising and breach of contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This insurance should be sued
worst customer service ever! Plus when you file a claim that was not even your fault or caused by an act of god, they do everything they can to pay the bare mininum that they can or not pay the claim at all
