Poor communication, no regard for their customers, cheap! Would never recommend
Worse car insurance I’ve EVER had!!!! NEVER calls back/communicates when you have a claim. VERY CHEAP when it comes to your repairs !! Took them months to adjust my claim and still got it wrong! I’d never get this insurance again !!! Update!! Instead of helping the customer they’ve decided to investigate my claim because I’ve left a negative review! That’s the quickest they’ve worked my entire claim Is when it’s beneficial to them !
My bill is HALF with Amica than it was with Progressive. Now, I can actually afford to bundle my coverage with renters insurance, thank you. *Smh @ Progressive yall suck.
