Began working with Donna this week. Am a 74 y.o. male who has been going to gyms for many years and have past experience with trainers. I wanted to work on my posture and flexibility. She is very effective providing guidance with work out components, and watches me to provide immediate feedback. Is very safe!
I dropped in to this box while I was visiting some friends in the area. This gym is wonderful! Donna was amazing! She got back to me and answered all my questions right away and was friendly and welcoming even through our email communication! When I got to the gym she and the rest of the members were just as welcoming. I got my friends to come with me and try it for the first time and Donna did a fantastic job coaching them and scaling everything appropriately for them! I LOVE Amica CrossFit, it's the best gym I've ever been too! The coaches are all AMAZING and the workouts, training and guidance you get here far surpasses anything I've ever experienced, 5 stars hands down
