If you had told me just under a year ago that I’d be getting up early in the morning to go to the gym four times a week, I would have said “not in a million years”. Fast forward ten months and I’m addicted, I love seeing my body improving and my overall fitness with it, not to mention the great bunch of people I get to train with every week, always there to support each other along the way no matter your level! Best decision ever! And yeah… the coaches are amazing too!

I was pretty apprehensive at first — the cost was more than a standard gym membership, and I honestly wasn’t sure I was fit enough to do CrossFit. But from my very first session at Wessex CrossFit, I was made to feel completely welcome. The coaching here is top-notch. I would highly recommend XFit Wessex. Its owners and coaches are hugely supportive irrespective of you fitness levels and capabilities. Always a welcoming atmosphere from other members and a number of team social events planned throughout the year.
