I know several people who have been driven out of this gym because the "coach" uses bullying and shaming tactics. Unbelievable. Please avoid at all costs.

I moved to London about 7 months ago. I’d dabbled a bit in CrossFit before moving, so I was keen to continue my training but also to meet new people. I’ve been going to Amica365 CrossFit Shoreditch for 9 months. It’s a genuinely welcoming and social space. I started from zero and the coaches supported me from day one. The workouts are serious, but the atmosphere keeps it fun. I’ve built discipline, consistency, and technique I’d never manage alone. I’m probably in the best shape of my life.

I can't say enough good things about Amica 365 Shoreditch. As someone who moved from Ireland a short while ago, I was looking for a gym that would not only help me with my fitness goals but also help me meet people. Amica has been the perfect choice. I came here and was shamed into leaving half way through the class. The coach (you know who you are) is a bully. Don't expect to receive anything but abuse from this place.
