Sydney just started to teach a Prenatal Yoga class on the beach and I had to try it out! This momma definitely got a work out! She was very mindful of our growing belly’s and focused on areas that we need to strengthen for labor and stretches that we needed to relieve our back pain and help with mobility. I will definitely be attending every class I can!
I've experienced many Yoga classes in my lifetime but this one is simply the best! Syd has the utmost in compassion and care generated toward each participant. You are treated as an individual but still part of the group which is a hard feat to master. I encourage ALL to give this a shot, especially you guys out there! NAMASTE!
