Ami has a way of looking at your health as one big picture instead of a list of symptoms. She asks questions, digs deeper, and helps you make changes that actually last. There weren't any quick fixes, but looking back, I can honestly say she helped me get my life back. I have more energy, better focus, and I feel like my old self again.
