Well maintained beautiful properties. Staff are courteous and quickly respond to phone calls and emails. Maintenance is typically same day with any reported issues. Wonderful Family to rent from.
Even though I did not end up renting with them, the staff were amazing in the office, during my viewing the gentleman was friendly, and they even answered questions after hours over the phone. Wonderful company to deal with!
had a horrible experience with a tenant who was living on our property in Napanee, the tenant listed me as a reference without giving me notice, I gave AMI properties an honest review of the tenant (after she lied on the application form she filled out for them) and they went back and told the tenant everything I reported. very unprofessional and a breach of privacy. do not recommend.
I was struggling to find a place to live in Napanee for July 1, 2024. One opened up in Belleville that wasn’t big enough for me and my nine-year-old daughter, and it was too far away from where she goes to school in Deseronto and where I do business in Napanee. On June 21, I saw an ad for a place on Camden Rd with an upstairs loft for my daughter and a big back yard she could play in. I sent in an application and left a voice mail.
