I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Patel. She was professional, polite, and listened to all of my questions/concerns. I feel very confident under her care
I saw this provider on 9/12/2022 for acid reflex endoscopy. My first visit with her was a consult which was early day of the year before 9/12/2022 the scheduled day for upper endoscopy. She introduce herself to me "yoo watsup"? what can I do for you? She did not even told me her name nor introduce me the right way. I let it slide and and agrees to do the upper endoscopy. I got earlier surgery date then expected because duke called me, and they mentioned that Dr. Patel has a lot of cancelation for earlier date surgeries. I sh... read more
