Well I spoke with Jamie and she is knowledgeable and nice. Called about an out of warranty fireplace and she gave me two referrals for a service guy. Couldn't be happier
I order fireplace parts from AMI routinely and I find Stuart to be very efficient in getting our quotes, ETA and orders out. Parts always come on time. They hold our parts until our techs need them. AMI has proven to be a dependable vendor.
Excellent place for contractor needs. Not a retail store by any means but that’s how they offer great pricing. Do call ahead because people are in and out of the office and are weekday only construction company.
My fireplace is finally working as it should. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of their employee Jamie, she has awful customer service and always seems to have taken as sour pill before going to work. However, the good news is their technician Jason. He is amazingly nice, kind, and seems to care about his customers. Whomever is in charge should commend him on his professionalism and work ethic.
