Dr. Edwards was really patient and listened to my concerns. She was engaged in finding out where I came from health wise and where I aspired to be. This was the first time in almost a decade I felt heard by a doctor that I truly believe holds my best interest. It’s refreshing to feel like someone is going to take your concerns seriously and genuinely help you instead of treating you like another insurance claim.
Fantastic experience with Dr. Edwards. With many insurance changes and moves over many years, I've had a number of primary care physicians. Dr. Edwards is the first whom seemed to hear me and manage my care in a truly effective way. For years I've struggled with a couple of problems and Dr. Edwards is the first physician who actually made progress with these problems. It is nice to have someone who both listens and, even more rare, listens long enough.
Not sure what else to do. Dr. Edwards staff will not return my wife’s phone calls or help fill her scripts in a timely manner. Call your patients back or take less of them.
