I will literally never go here again. Not only that I called the night before to make sure that they took cards and I was told yes I made sure again when I got there to my appointment. I had my hair to this place once my experience was not great and I will tell you why. First I would say this should not discourage the owner but give you a chance to improve certain things. It's true that you show up late when you give early appointment, if you know you are coming late you should at least call the client and let them know you are running late, she had my phone number and I told her I was on my way and had to wait a long time. This the 2nt time I went here for 2 cornrows in the span of 2 years and both times they were done unacceptable. If I wasn’t always in a Rush when going in I would inspect deeper upon leaving. Disappointed is an understatement. When spending my earned $ I expect what I pay for. Who can’t part 2 braids when I come in the shop with my part already in my hair. Make that make sense. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, was thinking about getting my bday style there but it won’t happen. Thanks for nothing

Worst braiding shop I’ve been to in years and that’s saying something because I get my hair braided a lot. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First of all, they’re always an hour to two hours late opening so don’t try and get there early and skip ahead of the line because you can’t even if you have an appointment they will be late And the excuse is always we are coming from Philly.
