This is for a swimwear review. I ordered a size up of what I normally wear and according to their size guide, it would be more than sufficient for my size. My order came fairly quick (unlike some reviews) and omg...it was for someone who'd wear a size XS or something (I ordered M).....no way any adult woman was going to fit. I called the customer service and the girl told me that they cannot guarantee sizing......... seriously?!? And of course I couldn't return it. What a waste of money. Will never order again
Its been 5 months , still havent recieved anything , not a " Sorry for the inconvience " not a call to update not a NOTHING this place is a total scam they never answer the phone never call back. Ive call BBB , and national consumer hotline. This business is jankie the clothes dont even look similiar to what they advertise. UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS BEST. They'll take ur money and the stuff never arrives and tell you that u have to pay a reshipping fee NO I JUST WANT MY MONEY NEVER ORDER FROM HERE
Just did my first order from ami. The shoes were great, all better quality than I thought they would be for the price. They ended up getting here by the estimated shipping time.
AMI is a scam, they have terrible customer service. They asked me to send back items and then never returned my money or gave me a store credit. I have been calling and emailing for 5 months with no resolution. They are in every sense of the word the absolute worst company I have ever interacted with.
I have always had good luck ordering from this site, customer service was great, BUT this time I'm second guessing this site. I recently ordered two pairs of heels, got an email saying one shipped but ones on back order (and if the back ordered pair can't be shipped after awhile if get a refund). I received a package and it was the pair that was on back order, for days I've been calling and emailing the company trying to figure out where my other shoes are or why haven't I received a refund yet.
