We were blown away by the variety of offerings there. You are instantly felt to have been swept away to the Islands. They let us take our time asking questions, even sampling some items until we could figure out which ones we wanted. Such attention to details. For example, the right sauce that goes with the conch fritters (YUM!!!!! Just like in the Bahamas), to the sauce for gator tail, to the Caesar Pest Chicken Wings. OMG, these were superb!
