I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to Dr. Kitching I had an appointment scheduled for 9:45 AM, yet I was not seen until approximately 10:30 AM. Waiting 45 minutes past a scheduled appointment time is unacceptable, especially without any communication or explanation from the staff.
