I went in with my autistic daughter. Dr. Aye was very short with us. I had to get my daughter a referral through her pediatrician and not Dr. Aye AFTER explaining to her that we were in the process of finding a new home. Dr. Aye proceeded to send the referral to a completely different city and hospital. Furthermore, both Dr. Aye and her staff member, I believe Wade is his name, (found from other customer reviews) were arguing in front of my husband and I upon our first visit with our children present. I switched over to Amherstview Eye care for convenience but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service , I value direct honesty and everything was explained. Great service and great excellent product quality. Thank you all.
Dr. Aye is very knowledgeable and thorough. Her and Wade made it very easy to get my appointment and my new glasses. I love them
I've had my eyes tested a few times in my life but they were so insignificant compared to the indepth exam I received here. And after all the tests the dr explained EVERYTHING,. When it was time to get glasses they worked with my 2 insurance companies and got me the best glasses that were covered . This place puts others to shame. I would DEFINITELY recommend.
I have been meaning to write this review for awhile, so Dr. Aye and Wade, sorry. You deserve to know how great your service is. From examination, to looking and buying glasses (beautiful selection) to follow up service the experience is exactly what will keep people coming back. Thank you. : )
