I have worn glasses my entire life, within those 30+ years I have never had an optometrist or staff that has provided the level of attention and care that I have experienced at Amherstview Eyecare. If I had my way, this would be the only optometrist I see for the rest of my life.
A knowledgable, efficient, and pleasant office/practice to deal with.
I broke my glasses and couldn't drive at night because I only had my sunglasses. I called and made an appointment. They were booked solid for the time that I needed. I booked for the following week. They called me right back and scheduled me for an after-hours appointment knowing that I couldn't see a thing. Everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable. They worked with my budget to be sure that I got something fashionable and that looked good. Highly recommend
Great experience both times for eye exams and glasses
I went in with my autistic daughter. Dr. Aye was very short with us. I had to get my daughter a referral through her pediatrician and not Dr. Aye AFTER explaining to her that we were in the process of finding a new home. Dr. Aye proceeded to send the referral to a completely different city and hospital. Furthermore, both Dr. Aye and her staff member, I believe Wade is his name, (found from other customer reviews) were arguing in front of my husband and I upon our first visit with our children present.
