Never buy a used vehicle at this dealership.
Called dealership to see if car would be available to test drive. Employee said car is in let me know when you will be here I will have car warmed up. Son went there and the sales person keep delaying by a half hour 3x. As he arrived there they still made he wait another 1/2 hr. Then came out and said we don't have a battery. Car salesman even talked to my son well he was driving in, nothing being said about needing a battery. What a waste of time. Would never buy a vehicle from this car lot.
Best dealership around. Best auto garage around. Very fair prices, amazing people and service. I've been going for years, and they always do the job right, no mistakes or issues. They also never try to sell you anything you don't NEED. Super honest, fair, trustworthy. I've worked at a Chrysler dealership, and been to several others. You will be treated like a valued customer. I would like to express my gratitude to this dealership and in particular to the salesman Adam. The whole buying process of my pre-owned car was smooth and straightforward, absolutely no pressure which I really appreciate. All my requests were accomodated in a timely manner. Although, I am from Windsor I could only find what I was looking for at this place. So, if you are on the market for a new or used car I recommend to stop by and see what they have.
Fulvio in the service department is the best. He’s the reasons why I bring my truck here when it needs service. Keep being the awesome guy you are Fulvio!
