I'm 85% DEAF, I explained to the receptionist this yet initially she asked me a question I did not understand, I asked her to repeat she did I still did not hear her I again told her I'm deaf.. She became very condecending and asked me again in a very loud voice almost screeching the same question. I still did not understnad her question. Very efficient, short wait time, professional and kind.
Both times I've been here they have failed to inform me of any charges related to my Bloodwork, resulting in me receiving unexpected bills in the mail. I thought the first time was just a fluke but it seems to be a pattern.
Very bad service. Extremely slow.
