They are accommodating when an issue arises. While it can take some time to get in once you arrive you are always welcomed by the friendliest front desk employees. Jenny and Ashley greet you with kindness and understanding. We did have some disappointments with our dog as she was treated for arthritis and after taking to another vet she had cancer. FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED!!!! Negligent Dr. Karen Walter and her sidekick assistant Chandra neglected to answer necessary questions about the dangers of vaccines, adverse effects,, etc. and dangerously and very negligently refused to prescribe heartworm medication for my dogs. Floors, entranceway, etc appear dirty and unsanitary dog excrement nearby outside. For your pets better welfare, CONSIDER SEEKING BETTER VETERINARY CARE ELSEWHERE!!
They always take great care of my boys! Worth the 35 minute drive.
