Surgery itself went very well. Everyone was pleasant and professional, except the nurse who sent us on our way.She seemed very short with us and told her I was still very dizzy but she rushed us out of there anyway.We were sent home without a walker or even a cane. When we asked about it, her response was no we don’t provide that. Really ???? We felt that was very odd and disappointing! We made it home with the help of my wife holding me up to get up the stairs and into the house.
My son had surgery here and all I can say is that they are some of the most professional and educated surgeons around. I never felt at risk and neither did my son.
Everybody was wonderful from reception, to nurses get service and caring people. Thank you.
Terrible communication, advising someone to show up for an appointment at 9am and not getting them in until after 1pm is pathetic. Everyone has a personal life and stuff going on, that’s okay, but a doctor running behind on their surgeries and not letting any of the customers know is pretty unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy
