Actually they don’t answer properly in phone conversation
I had carpal tunnel surgery last week at Amherst Surgery Center and from the moment I walked in the door at 7am., the staff was so pleasant and friendly! They had me in and out in no time and Nurse Monica talked to me the entire time my surgery was going on, which kept my nerves at bay! If you have the option, I definitely recommend this facility and their amazing staff.
Just had a second hand surgery at Amherst surgical center. Both times every staff member has been friendly and professional. Especially love the check in staff at the front desk!!
How about you answer your phones and have the courtesy of giving more than one days notice for surgery time. Inconsiderate
