My experience with Ahmrest Road Medical Center has been very disappointing. The appointment system is unreliable and poorly coordinated. There also seems to be a constant issue with GP availability, as doctors are frequently on leave, which makes continuity of care difficult.

I am very disappointed with the service at Ahmrest Road Medical Center. The overall management feels unorganized, and appointments are not handled efficiently. Dr. Geeta appears to be poorly managed, and there is a lack of proper coordination within the clinic. The reception service is also below standard. Staff are often unhelpful and do not communicate clearly, which makes booking and attending appointments frustrating. Overall, the experience has been unsatisfactory and needs significant improvement.

I had a very poor experience with the medical centre, especially with appointment booking. It was extremely difficult to get through on the phone, and when I finally did, the staff were disorganized and unclear about available times. Even after confirming my appointment, there was confusion on arrival and I had to wait much longer than scheduled. Overall, the booking system was frustrating and poorly managed.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ahmrest Road Medical Center. The appointment system is poorly managed and extremely frustrating. GPs are often on leave, making it difficult to see a regular doctor. Even in urgent situations, they are unable to provide timely appointments. The overall service feels unorganized, and management appears ineffective. I would recommend looking for another GP centre for more reliable and professional care.

I saw Dr Lim as my usual doctor was unavailable and requested a blood test due to my history of iron deficiency. Dr Lim suggested additional testing for thalassemia but did not mention the cost or advise that it would not be covered by Medicare. Three months later, I received a $400 bill for this test, which I was not informed about beforehand. I was very disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding fees.
