Be careful when getting assessed here, not all Drs will sign your NDIS application forms once you get the diagnosis because they are psychologists not psychiatrists. Do your research so you don't find yourself in the situation I'm currently in. It's very disappointing after spending so much money.

I called today to get an appointment. The receptionist has no empathy. Totally put me off from making an appointment. Requested my GP to give me a different psychologist.

hi. I called to book an appointment at the canning vale branch. The receptionist is very rude. She said she cannot hear properly and disconnect phone. After a few days, when I called (same lady) she said she couldn't understand what I was saying, and she disconnected the phone calls.
