Condy came to take a LOOK at my hot water heater. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes. The other company that came charged me for coming out and then told me to order a certain part and then, pay him for coming back plus he wanted me to pay extra for his drive. I PRAISE GOD for good old fashioned customer service like ICON. This company really cares, very polite and trustworthy!!! Thank you Condy and God Bless you and your company!
I called due to a leak by my water meter. He responded immediately and set my appointment for less than 24 hours later. He explained what the issue was and the solution. This is the 2nd time I needed a plumber and he is My Plumber on speed dial. His price was fair and service was excellent. Thanks Condy
Called with a frozen leaking exterior faucet. Record cold day in North Texas. Condy responded quickly and was able to resolve the issue same day. Price quoted was the final price paid even though he had to make an extra trip for parts. Very personable, friendly, and professional.
Plumber arrived in a timely manner and the same day they were needed. However, the price was insanely high. Would not recommend unless it’s a last resort and be prepared to pay a premium. $600 for a 45 minute repair. There’s no way the parts were more than $50. Even if there was a $100 fee just for showing up, that’s still $450 for less than an hours work on a straight forward job.
Guy came out and accessed it. Everything was fine. Quick and easy. Would recommend.
