Amherst Nissan continue to be a leading example of how business should be done! This is why people come from even Moncton & the surrounding area to buy from them! We just purchased our second car from Shawee and he is amazing......a great guy! Danielle in financing walked us through everything and offered options but was never pushy or tried to overwhelm us! I purchased a vehicle this past weekend and it was the most seamless vehicle purchase I've experienced to date. Austin was friendly and had the vehicle warmed up for the test drive. We had a fair negotiation after which Danielle handled the documents. They were both professional and courteous and I drove away with a great feeling about my purchase. Thanks so much to you, highly recommended dealership.
The dealership service staff are willing to meet your needs but because of the time it takes to schedule an appointment while waiting for parts getting your vehicle fixed takes a lot of trips and weeks between and in my case an expensive proposition with fuel. Sales...they have salesmen but there's no facts sheets on the vehicles or any adverting in the showroom including brochures or screen advertising. Very disappointing.
I went for my vehicle 72000km check up and oil change and the staff was amazing. Great team
