My Mom had a traumatic fall & has 4 broken ribs & 2 broken neck bones & is now in a neck brace for awhile. She was transported from the hospital to Amherst Meadows & so far everyone has been wonderful with her process of being admitted for Rehab. She has a long journey ahead for her healing process, but I know she'll be getting excellent care from the staff, who all seem very compassionate, caring & just want to help their patients get healthy and strong again. Thank you to Karla and Nicole for being so incredibly compassionate about my mother. The facility is amazing, clean and the staff is great! They are taking such great care of my mother, that words could not express my gratitude.
The administrative staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in their role. The service staff is caring and compassionate, and does an amazing job in providing for the physical and emotional needs of the residents.
Beautiful facility with very kind and caring staff. Kudos to management and staff for doing a great job with these residents.
