My father is receiving great care, and is very happy and comfortable at Amherst Meadows! We appreciate all you do!
All the staff are super nice and helpful, and everything is well organized. But, they have a resident whose family member will verbally attack and verbally abuse staff. When you answer questions, offer reasoning of handling anything else or only having 2 nurses, or offer to show what it is you see as far as the times for the distribution of her mother's medication, she will say it is not necessary and later say you yelled and were trying to give meds to her mom when she is not supposed to have them. I’ve only visited once so far but everyone we came across that worked there was super friendly and helpful!
Stefan the aid and other staff were amazing. Highly recommended facility, my experience here was top shelves, everyone was friendly highly recommended this place to anybody. Therapy was great! The food was great! I would like to than Stefan and the other staff here for such an amazing experience, Stefan was amazing friendly and high end aid. Would definitely recommend him getting a raise for his hard work
