My mother has no complaints other than she’s always cold, she is 89 so that is very typical! Her roommate is always hot! The room is small but she still never complains because the staff is wonderful to her!
OMG!!! WHEN ARE THEY PLANNING TO FIX ALL THE POTHOLES! I have gotten 2 flats within a 13 month period already and just recently had a tire air pressure warning (my front driver side tire!!!) Ugh! This is like totally so UNFAIR! The holes are hard to avoid and quiet large. My insurance asked me to take pictures next time of the holes and put in a claim. WILL DO! FYI: My comment has nothing to do with their service to their customers, their medical staff, or quality of care.
Having over a decade of experience working in this industry, I would like to share a positive review for this facility after my grandfather spent his final weeks here after a courageous battle against Parkinson’s Disease. He was initially admitted for rehab from an ED visit from home. I will admit the therapy equipment and services leave a lot to be desired if rehab is the goal. Staff are genuinely caring of patients, always greeting my loved one with a warm hello and a smile... it means to much to us. The facility is nice and clean; the staff bring any concerns to my attention very quickly. The residents have a wide range of personality types, and have also been nothing but kind and chatty when approached. Thank you Amherst, from myself and my family.
