It was very clean and staff were pleasant. Nice rooms
They did an awesome job with accepting my mom to their facility and setting her up.
My Mom had a traumatic fall & has 4 broken ribs & 2 broken neck bones & is now in a neck brace for awhile. She was transported from the hospital to Amherst Meadows & so far everyone has been wonderful with her process of being admitted for Rehab. She has a long journey ahead for her healing process, but I know she'll be getting excellent care from the staff, who all seem very compassionate, caring & just want to help their patients get healthy and strong again. The administrative staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in their role. The service staff is caring and compassionate, and does an amazing job in providing for the physical and emotional needs of the residents.
