Amherst Maintenance thoroughly cleaned my basement today, something that has not been done in many years. They arrived 10 minutes early, were both consummate professionals, did a wonderful job, and the cost was very reasonable. They have been in business a long time, and today it was clear to see why. Their work is what they promise, and nothing less.
We’ve had them come to our home and clean rugs and furniture. Recently I took a rug to them and they did a great job, and well priced. The rug now looks great.
Did a very poor job. I was not happy and will not use them again.
Horribly rude. They came and decided to leave because the door was locked to the apartment complex. They didn't even bother to call and say they had arrived. When my husband called to ask what had happened they said we were being "cold and rude" and hung up on us. WOULD NOT recommend.
The best place in any town to have your rugs cleaned!! They did a fabulous job. They came and picked up the rugs, cleaned them to perfection, and delivered them when they said that they would. They are a wonderful resource to take care of your carpet investment. I love the job they did.
