Neurofeed back has really helped me enjoy life again. I am less anxious, and less reattive to negativo events. It is now a routine part of my self care.
Literally had my skeptical thoughts until after my second session. First, wonderful people that run the office. I can honestly say, my sleep was changed 180 into good nights of uninterrupted sleep, I FINALLY had vivid dreams that were good!! I actually dreamt about my father! I had a clarity throughout my days and I wasn’t flustering looking for the right words in a conversation. I highly recommend this! With today’s world and events, this has added to me living, listening and sharing!! Love!!
